First entry of 2011

I was contemplating to close down this blog when I realise it brought me back lots of memories. Somehow I admit I lost interest in updating and all cause whenever I wish to update, I'm dumbfounded for words(Like seriously!). But I tried to pacify myself like constantly reminding, 'Hey, as long as I've some time in my hands, why not?' Sharing is loving. HEH! :) However, I won't update my blog as often as I used to be though. Anyways, noone is reading. Even if there is, it'll be a low percentage of readers or more likely silent readers??? LOL.

Hmmm, life is pretty much the same. Alhamdullilah, I'm still breathing & kicking alive. :) As usual, work has taken a toll in each & every one's life so no point rambling about it.

Family wise is all good. Beloved sister is forever travelling with her family.(Work hard, travel hard. HAHA!) Well, she deserved the break. After the Hong Kong trip, the lil kiddos flew to Penang for another round of holiday in conjunction with bro-in-law's birthday. Looking through the pictures she took at HK & Hard Rock Hotel Penang, I realised it's been some time I go for a holiday. The last was at Bintan. Heeee...

So I realised Hong Kong has been the talk of the town lately. Prolly now, thanks to the budget airlines, the flight ticket is rather affordable I must say. Despite that, my sister rather chose Cathay Pacific Airlines when she travelled to HK and Silkair Airlines to Penang for the comfort of her kids. Like they say, quality comes with a price.

As for me, since I'm still single without kids(but unavailable. Heh!), budget airlines still the best choice. :) Talking about holiday, I can't wait for March. A very special month. If everything goes well(Insyallah!), we're turning F O U R. Wheeeeeee!

And not forgetting, January is my most favourite month of all - Birthday mania! Hahaha..Our birthdays are just one week apart which make us unique! HEHE. 2 more days to the favourite boy's 25th Birthday (Very BIG boy now. LOL!) & 10 days to my double-2 Birthday.

So this year both birthday celebrations will be brought forward in March which is the holiday with 7 other friends. Flight+Hotel has been booked. Happening to the maximisation! HAHAHA. His 25th, my 22nd & our 4th year together, 3-in-1 celebrations! Triple happiness+joy...Say hello to KUTAAAAAAAAA! Excited much, Yesaaaaaah! *wide grin*

Yesterday was my sister's birthday so here it goes...03/10/2010...

People won't believe that she's married with 2 kids. Hahaha...unbelievable but true! :)

Happy 27th Belated Birthday dear sis! May Allah bless you with an everlasting blessed life with your loved ones. :) You maybe soooooo naggy, irritating most of the time (Oops! hehe..) but no matter what happens you will be my one & only sister whom I treasure in life & I'm thankful for that. People often mistaken you as my younger sister due to your petite size (or prolly i'm too BIG for a younger sis. LOL!) but heck I'm used to that. :P

We actually surprised her with a Swensens cake & a small gift from me, the day before she flew off for a vacation. Yes, talking about vacation, as early as 4am on a Sunday(which was yesterday), we woke up to get ready to send my beloved sis to the airport. Flight was at 8am but as usual 2hrs before departure they need to be there. I was all sleepy in the car and what a nice weather to sleep in due to the rain. Bahhh!

And where Baby Iffah & Baby Aydin are going for a vacation? Hong Kong Disneyland!!! Lucky kiddos, I must say. Last year, Baby Iffah went to Melbourne and this year with Baby Aydin, they're going to HK. Auny Nana is very the jealous.com, ya know?! And next year God knows where they're going, Korea, New Zealand to see sheeps? LOL!

Whatever it is, I already kirim-ed my sis what to buy for me at HK-cum-Disneyland. Heeee..now am feeling sexcited over what stuffs she's gonna buy for me when she's back in Spore on Thursday night. Hurhur...Have fun on your trip, sis! :)

To those who came for my mini open house last Saturday 02/10/10, thanks for coming guys! Your presence is much appreciated. Hope ya'all enjoyed the food. This marks the end of Syawal. Till the next time we meet again! Pictures are up at FB. :)

Quirks of Raya

2nd day of Syawal with my dad's side. The day we conquered the carpark with 7 cars convoy. A night full of crappiness & laughter. Great bonding session with the cousins, uncles & aunties! Ended the day at 2am+. Gerekkkkkk! LOL. This is just sneak preview. :)

I'm anticipating for another round of jalan raya this weekends with the beloved family. Lucky for me, I'm spared from driving my family around this year. Hehehe..I shall sit back and relax as a passenger and the driver's duty is passed to my brother. It's only Tuesday but I'm sexcited for the upcoming weekends. Happy jalan raya-ing everyone! :)

As you can see from my heading above, the title of the song is 'For the rest of my life'. As much as I don't really listen to Nasyid/Arab(well, I do at times but usually on radio), somehow the lyrics attracted me.

It has such a meaningful touch to it cause not only it brings us closer to our loved ones, but most importantly, the all Almighty God, Allah.

I love being random & thus good stuffs must be shared. Bersyukur kepada apa yang ada, maka sempurnalah hidup kita. *wide smile*
