Let's not let the month of Ramadan be a time when on the 1st we switch 'ON' as a dutiful Muslim [i.e. praying 5 times, reading the Qur'an daily, keeping away from sins, etc] & at the announcement of 1st Shawal (EID) we immediately switch 'OFF'. Let's plan to change ourselves from this very day & to continue being a dutiful Muslim till Ramadan 2011 only to recharge again, InshaAllah.
Well, it's so true and I gotta agree with that. Why is it when Ramadhan comes, only then we try to become a dutiful Muslim? It should be done irregardless whether or not it's the Ramadhan period.
I'm not preaching here nor acting to be pious here. ASK yourself and likewise for me.
